The good you do comes back to you, the bad you do remains with you.
Most of us don't really believe in the cycle of Karma-the account of all our good and bad deeds, which are compensated within this life. So, the question arises is it foolish to be good to someone who did bad to you ??
Well! According to me, the answer is you should still be good to that person, not because he has done anything good but solely because we can't lose our goodness just by experiencing one setback. For every soul is home to the Almighty and every person in your life serves a strong purpose which might not be visible as yet but with time you will realize that every bad had something good in it.
To be honest, these are not just talks of optimism, this is about the strong belief in the supreme power of God. Just in case your mind reaches the point where there is a contradiction between believing in God abd survivin in this world, then always remember: a momento of success made upon somebody else's grave will turn into ruins.
To end on a happy note: "Focus on your action and not the fruit. Sooner or later you will realize no good action ever goes unpaid. But don't forget, bad deeds are never forgotten either. What purpose of life do you want to serve?? The choice is solely yours..!!"
